“There are two ways you can live your life; one as though nothing is a miracle, the other as though everything is.”- Albert Einstein

My work is always based in the spiritual and magical. I work with a lot of different genres in my work including illustrative imagery to evoke specific connotations with symbols and archetypes that I have encountered in my own journey through curiosity and self healing. However my heart and soul is in Abstract art. I spend a lot of time making and teaching abstract art philosophies and techniques because I believe that Abstract art viewing and/or creating is a process that offers a unique space for self-discovery and a path to enhanced well-being. Abstract art provides a safe space to process, embody, and release difficult or hidden feelings, acting as a channel for emotional articulation and expression. I came from a dysfunctional home, like many of us, where I endured physical and emotional abuse, neglect, and lack of support for my own well being and growth. Abstract art in my life is a safe place for me to heal, share, expel, and be truthful about my feelings and experiences.
